What makes Our Place cookware non-toxic?
Our products are designed with health in mind. Our ceramic non-stick coatings are formulated without PFAS (including PFOA and PTFE), lead, or cadmium, ensuring a safer cooking experience for your home.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are working hard to expand our reach to more home cooks around the world soon.
How should I care for my Always Pan to make it last?
To preserve the non-stick surface, we recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge and mild soap. Avoid using metal utensils; instead, opt for wood or silicone tools to prevent scratching.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love what you cook with. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 100-day trial period. You can return or exchange your items within 100 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging.
Are your products compatible with induction stovetops?
Yes! Most of our cookware collection, including the Always Pan and Perfect Pot, is designed with a stainless steel base that is compatible with all cooktops, including induction.
How can I track my order?
